3D Animated Logo Intro/Outro for Opening/Closing Animated Logo Video Bumpers

After we had recently finished creating an award-winning custom WordPress website for a growing multi-city medical clinic, Agility Orthopedics, they contracted us to extend their web brand to their video podcasts. We created custom 3D animated logo intro / outro video bumpers to brand all their online video content. 3D animated video bumpers are a great way to extend a brand throughout an entire series of online video content. 3D Motion Preview

We first created a 3D model in Modo out of the client’s 2D vector logo. We then brought the 3D model into LightWave 3D. That’s where we set the lighting, applied texturing and laid out the animation motion.

After the rough motion proof was approved we then rendered the 3D animation and composited it together in Apple Motion. From there we exported the final video bumpers with alpha channel transparency. This way the client could easily overlay the animated video bumpers over their videos.
